Pat Riordan, President of RPM Resources, is a product management expert who has been helping companies develop and launch successful products for over 15 years.

Prior to founding RPM, Pat led the Consumer Product Management function in the headphone division of Bose Corporation. She recruited a team of product managers, and worked cross-functionally to develop the division's strategic product roadmap and to implement a process for getting products launched. She oversaw the launch of 3 cutting-edge products in 2006, two of which launched faster than any product in the division's history.

Pat has held hands-on and executive level product management positions in the chemical, direct marketing and financial services industries. Before finding her passion for product development, Pat worked in a series of customer-facing roles including technical sales, sales management and customer service management.
